Faulty Equipment
I am writing regarding a faulty product I purchased through Home Depot which was manufactured by your company. The product arrived defective and does not function as intended; the control panel is not attached to the face of the unit and will not operate.
After reaching out to Home Depot, I was informed that as the manufacturer, you are responsible for warranty support or replacement of defective items. Unfortunately, your team has declined to accept a return or offer a resolution, which is both frustrating and unacceptable.
